CHANDIGARH: The Chandigarh Tourism has decided to adopt some more novel and innovative measures like Wedding Tourism to promote Chandigarh as the hub of north India, a senior officer said on Wednesday.

The Chandigarh Administration would also promote Sports Tourism and Medical Tourism in a big way to promote tourism in Chandigarh and adjoining areas, a statement quoting home secretary Krishna Mohan said in Chandigarh.

Chandigarh Tourism is in the process of facilitating foreign visitors, who wish to attend such wedding ceremonies in collaboration with various hotels and resorts.
