TORONTO: A Sikh who has lost his battle to ride a motorcycle without a helmet has decided to file an appeal against the Canadian Court decision, saying that it will be in "larger interest" of the community.

TORONTO: A Canadian court has dismissed a Sikh's plea challenging the mandatory wearing of helmet while riding a motorcycle but admitted that the law did violate his constitutional right to religious freedom.
